Aruncus 'Guinea Fowl' - Goatsbeard

This is a mid-sized hybrid between the big A. dioicus and the dwarf A. aethusifolius. Looks a bit like a cream-colored Astilbe. Beautiful cut foliage lasts well all season if moisture is consistent. Spent seedheads are attractive. Takes several years in place to reach its mature size.  Prefers protection from afternoon sun, but will perform in full sun in the north with consistent moisture
