Azalea calend. ‘Tangerine Delight’

Azalea calendulaceum 'Tangerine Delight' (Hybrid Flame Azalea) is a result of a beautiful cross between R. calendulaceum and a Knaphill Azalea.  The habit is mounded with deciduous foliage, topped by large showy clusters of fragrant orange and peach colored flowers in May and June.  Although eventually large, Rhododendron 'Tangerine Delight' has dense branching, and would make an excellent hedge as well as a large specimen.
