Creeping Jenny is a low growing ground cover in the primrose family that roots at nodes as it grows along the ground. It often doesn't bloom but has yellow cup-shaped flowers when it does. It prefers moist, fertile soil but spreads less aggressively in drier, poorer soil. It can be used as a ground cover on banks, stream banks, near ponds or drape over walls or in a container.
