A beautiful selection of a southern California native wildflower, with bright red flowers that are adored by hummingbirds. Forms a low mat of shiny, evergreen leaves. Happily grows in lean, dry soil and is perfect for tucking between rocks. An easy-care, drought tolerant option for wildlife gardens and xeric landscapes. The compact size is also wonderful for containers. More resistant to rust than other wild varieties.
