Platycodon 'Sentimental Blue' is a compact balloon flower with periwinkle blue flowers that open from balloon shaped buds. The blossoms are very large for such a short little plant and it blooms for a very long time in the summer. It makes an excellent border plant in small groups and combines well with curly allium, compact Sedum and low growing hardy geranium.
