2020 AAS Regional Winner! The unique yellow with red/orange flame coloration is as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside with its nicely marbled interior. Ribbed, flattened, 18 to 24 oz. huge, beefsteak-type fruits have a better texture, better crack resistance and higher yields than comparable yellow varieties. Sweet, tender flesh has the look of an heirloom without the mushiness often associated with them. In AAS trials it outlasted similar varieties when disease hit in late summer. Intermediate resistance to Late Blight. Indeterminate.
